Nicole Diaz-Negrón, Owner and Trainer
Hi, I’m Nicole, the trainer behind Wag N’ Learn! As a 2023 graduate of Penn Foster College in the Dog Obedience Trainer and Instructor program, with nearly five years of experience as a veterinary technician, I bring a unique understanding of dog behavior and well-being to each training session. I proudly serve the Tampa Bay area, helping dogs and their owners build strong, positive relationships through fun and effective training.
I believe in pawsitive reinforcement (it’s our motto!), so each session is tailored to build your dog’s confidence and bring out the best in them. When I’m not training, you’ll find me enjoying time with my own dog, exploring the outdoors, or studying the latest advancements in dog behavior and training.

Meet Squid Ink Spaghetti, our spirited Chief Dog Officer here at Wag N’ Learn! A rambunctious Springer Spaniel mix with boundless energy and a heart full of love, Squid keeps everyone on their toes—and brings a lot of joy to everyone she meets. Whether she’s testing out new training games or simply showing off her tricks, Squid is an essential part of our team and a reminder of how fun life with a dog can be!
